Studying “hard core” science increased her appreciation of just how important and effective homeopathic treatment can be.
Saturday 14th April 2018, 9:30 to 5:15pm.
A practical, helpful one day course to support your practice at a special CPD price of £25.
In this seminar she will approach nutrition from a practitioner’s point of view, concentrating on what a homeopath might want to know about metabolic systems to help pin down the similar remedy. Leaving the one-size-fits-all NHS “Eat-well” plate far to one side, she will touch on the amazing mechanisms that the body has developed to ingest, digest and use nutrients, how our polychrest remedies fit in, explore some diseases of nutrition and how to think about them homeopathically, as well as touching a bit on genetics and the absolute uniqueness of each body’s nutritional requirements. Above all, Jude wants to share her passion and fascination for the amazing physical process of the human body and the capacity to adapt and heal.
John Morgan on Pharmacy, LMs and Causticum
John founded the Helios Homeopathic Pharmacy in 1986 with the vision to create a new source of potent, accurate and effective remedies to bring profound healing and relief of suffering.
John studied pharmacy at the University of Manchester and it’s a great pleasure that he’ll be teaching with us on Sunday 13thMay 2018, 9:30am – 5:15pm at the College.
Of Causticum John has been known to say:
‘I have made this remedy five times in the last eleven years with three successes and two complete failures. It demands skill, great care and patience and compels the pharmacist to heed the great master’s words ‘follow me, but follow me well’. It is by far the most complicated and involved process of all Hahnemann’s special remedies, involving hazardous chemical reactions and distillation apparatus which needs constant care and attention. Making Causticum is an experience which is different every time and has been a deep learning experience for me personally.’
