What Happens at the Appointment?

The first time you see a homoeopath your specific health concerns are discussed in detail as well as your general health and other aspects of yourself that are relevant. A detailed understanding of who you are along with your health concerns and details of how you experience them is needed to find you the right remedy. Anything you can tell your homeopath that is typical of who you are will help this process. Finding out about your general energy level, your past medical history and the way you live are also important. Anything you say is treated with the strictest confidence. Your homoeopath will also be happy to answer questions about treatment and homoeopathy in general and will allow about one and a half hours for this consultation.

You will be given a homoeopathic medicine (remedy) that matches your symptoms as you experience them. You will be given clear instructions on how to take it.
