I found homoeopathy in 1982 when I was healed of major chronic health problems. I immediately sought how to learn about it. I went to the only college then available, The College of Homeopathy in London. I practised for several years in Sheffield where I also ran a tutor group for NWCH students, before going to teach homoeopathy in Bulgaria for 5 years. This was a wonderful time and a great learning experience since half my students were medical doctors.

I have been in practice in Leeds and Boston Spa, West Yorkshire, since
1990 and have been teaching homoeopathy in colleges since 1994.

In life before homoeopathy (was there actually one!) I taught health studies and biological sciences to adults and children. Previous to that I was a research biochemist where I worked in a team investigation heart disease and other issues.

After doing some short courses I did my professional training at the North West and Manchester Colleges.

I qualified as a Homoeopath in 1993 and since that time have been working
mainly in Leeds. Nowadays, I find a lot of my clients are wanting to use
Homoeopathy to support them in personal growth & development; or to break
links to older patterns of thought & emotion. Not surprisingly, this

My role in NWCH is as a Personal & Professional Development (PPD) Lecturer -

I have a degree in Zoology & taught ‘A’ Level Human Biology for many years. I was also a lecturer in Anatomy in the School of Complementary Medicine at Salford University.
I trained at the NWCH, graduating in 1993 & have recently completed a 2 year post-graduate course at the Dynamis School for Advanced Homeopathic Studies.
I practise in Manchester & am also a teaching clinician & lecturer at the college.

My passion in health and healing has been a lifelong journey. As a child I remember both my Grandmothers preparing herbal remedies and using food medicinally for a variety of ailments.

My background is in teaching and I really enjoy meeting and sharing knowledge with others.

I am a graduate of NWCH and have been involved as a clinician at acute clinics for over four years. This is where we see the real live cases and it is invaluable training for students starting their own cases. I have given presentations and talks, and run courses for the public.

I offer regional tutorials from my home in South Manchester. I am also a college supervisor and enjoy working with students whom I seek to help gain their full potential.
